Pros

Nice well kept facilities. Maintenance was always performed and budget always available to repair anything.

Cons

Monopoly on Lubbock fitness market. Spend too much time putting members into collections than helping them. Everything is money motivated.

Pros

Free access to all the gyms. Owner is nice.

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees. Very "every man for himself" environment. Treats customers and sales team like garbage.

Pros

I'm just trying to fill the word minimum for this section.

Cons

Worst company I've ever worked for. I worked there almost 2 years at all locations. They're all equally bad. The owner seems totally clueless. The 2 people that are right under him in rank are just as incompetent. I worked both the front desk and kids club. The big tall 34th Street kids club manager is a snake (much like everyone else). Do NOT work here.
