Pros
I really enjoyed my experience as an employee at body tech Mokena! I worked in the daycare, all the families were very respectful and great people. All the other staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The all around environment of the gym is friendly, positive, and enjoyable. Wherever anybody in the world works I feel like while they're giving respect to other employees and higher-ups, they are enjoying the job more if they're feeling they're being heard and respected too. The other employees there and especially my boss/manager did an amazing job with providing me with that type of environment.
Cons
I don't have any "negative" feedback about this facility or staff at all. One thing was there were many employees in the day care part, with a variety of availability so not many hours were offered. I was informed prior to accepting the position of this, that it wouldn't be many hours and a few shifts they only needed filled. But I was greatly appreciative they let me know ahead of time. Although what comes with not many hours and the pay being a little low it didnt fully meet my needs. Ending on a positive note I absolutely enjoyed this position so I decided to keep the few hours a week I was given and there are many opportunities to pick up others hours when they are not available. Unfortunately covid closed that portion of the facility for quiet some time and I didn't hear much communication about when or if I would be able to resume employment.
