      Pros

      Location is close to the freeway.

      Cons

      Ownership is atrocious. Completely unprofessional and insulting to some employees. Turnover is incredibly high for a company of 15-20 employees. No annual employee reviews given for raises. Other employees lack the skills of simple common sense.

      Every day is different and growing more now under new ownership. If you like working for a small company where you can have a positive impact on the success of the company this is the place for you.

      Being a small company sometimes personalities of team members can be difficult to deal with.

      Pros

      New owners since 2019, smart, no nonsense, come from a different background definitely faster paced. God bless what a change from previous owners. For the most part, colleagues are awesome and work well together, management expects it. People pull together to solve problems.

      Cons

      If you the slacking complaining type, you'll be seen and out, no mercy. Gotta come in and decide to do good work and you'll like it here, I've been here over 15 years
