I don't think any company is ever perfect but I would recommend Boolers as a good place to work though there were a few things that I didn't like during my time there that could be improved. The majority of staff there are good to work with however I did find that one or 2 of the business owners/consultants could be quite rude and talk down to people at times. Boolers could also look to improve their sick pay and if someone does need to take time off sick, not encourage them to use annual leave instead. I feel that the higher ups could also be more understanding and supportive at times. As I've said, despite a few minor issues, Boolers is overall a good place to work.
