      Bonus per period (13 periods/year) with extra bonus for sales growth YOY. Corporate SOPs Growing company

      Cons

      Open until 2am so you do not leave until 3am and then scheduled at 12pm the following day. 1 week paid vacation for the first year. Anytime taken outside of PTO is generally not granted.

      Plenty of hours if you’re good and can handle your section. the tips were amazing as well

      Some of the managers aren't respectful of their employees, definitely some creepy regulars as well.
