    Learning, small intimate environment, encourages independent study, close interaction with software developers

    Cons

    No overtime pay, no formal training. bad politics, pay not up to market, health benefits mediocre,

    Borderware is a great team providing a fabulous work environment and opportunities for advancement. Growing with the company has advantages in career growth.

    Fast growth, while providing good chances for individuals, has to be managed carefully to ensure cohesion of the vision and company itself
