      1.accessibility to office 2.some have great knowledge, and helps you

      1. Group play within employees 2.Yapping ceo, talks a lot but is not aware of the crap product 3.Breaking product, built over years. Still unstable 4.CLuttered codebase, only a few knows what's happening. 5.Not a start-up, not a product based company. They are a proper service based company working for POC money. 6.Complex, complicated platform, which basically does nothing. 7.Lost a lot of clients, cus sales guys pitched something openai level and delivered nonsense product. 8.Basically hire and fire scheme. 9.Sleepless nights, unrealistic demands from PMs

      1. Ambiguity on peak 2. Weak and clueless leadership (0 leadership) 3. Delivery team and the person who leads it ( zero knowledge on project management, micro manages the employee, dictatorship) 4. Not sure how they survived these years there is no customer have stayed or renewed the contract. They survive on POC money 5. They take big clients names as their customer but honestly they are not.
