Very cheap quality company. Worst working environment. Expecting employees to work more than 12 hrs per day including weekends. Company won't give hike if you join with high package.The reason they will say as u joined with high package. No security for girls. Cheap quality management. Job Fearing employees. Company will turn off A/c and saying to employees as A/c in repair. They won't provide tissues also. People never speak in English always speaking in Tamil only even if u don't know Tamil. Always giving requirements by late nights and asking people to finish it by mid nights. Nothing you will learn in this company. Everything is copy pasted. No one will explain functionality. Very first day they will give work and very less time they will give. Eg. 4hrs for a task they will give 2hrs even you are a new employee. Better don't join in this company. Go for any other companies. There is no CMMI level to this company.
They say Saturday & Sunday is not working but they will commit to client 24/7 support for issues.
You cant even sleep peacefully because they may call you at any time and ask you to work.
Useless HR ppl, they just act to what heads say.
