      Learned to deal with rejection Any and every job after this will be a breeze If you can adapt to making $30k a year at this company, youll feel rich any where after

      Everything Lying, manipulation, no money, 14 hour days, no family contact, guilt, again..: no money. Being the top performer in the office i made $35k a year. Good luck anyone here

      High turnover, over promote under deliver in terms of progression/compensation, very little personal development time in terms of hours committed plus compensation.

      Pros

      - Energy is amazing - the coaches are really helpful - everyday is a different day - I feel like I am learning something new everyday - compensation and recognition based on performance, which I like a lot considering I came from corporate where everything is based on who I know.

      Cons

      It’s not for everyone. If you are an individual that believes in your own work ethics and willing to put in the work, then it is for you. If you don’t have intention to be better everyday, you will fall behind. However, my trainer does work with me on specific topics until I get the concept.
