Poor execution and favoritism hinder potential

Pros

Very few. Potential is superb, but execution is totally missing. The strategy shifted significantly during my tenure.

Cons

The team had individuals who were favored by leadership without any merit. I found that the long-term employees were favored as well. New ideas and approaches were not welcome and outside input was not received. Big focus on producing massive Power Point decks and pretty slides without any real action.

Pros

Our team was incredible! The work we did was meaningful, and the schools we serviced appreciated our work. It was a lovely place to work. The CEO, Joshua Richards, is a very decent person. He cares about the employees.

Cons

Regent took over and ruined everything. Laid off people with no severance shortly after purchasing POLS. I would not be surprised if there is some kind of class action lawsuit being cooked up.
