      Pros

      Remote work is allowed, eliminating the need for daily commuting.

      Cons

      Excessive demands and pressure for high performance. Low pay compared to the workload and difficulty of the job. Poor management, with insufficient support for the team. Frequent interactions with angry customers, which can affect morale. Limited career growth opportunities.

      Monthly payments are on time.

      Cons

      This company pays the LOWEST salary in Greece, with no bonuses. They only hire workers for part time and they destroy them with the amount of work they have to do until they eventually quit. They have a very very bad management with people in high places that have no idea what they are doing. Personally, i got fired for no reason randomly 1 month after working there, without anyone ever having a complaint. Just stay away, let this crappy company go down.
