Pros

WHF whenever you want, okay benefits, you learn a lot. Nice people, nice office.

Cons

You are thrown into the fire from day one, if you're lucky you'll be in a team that offers proper support from managers and team leads. You have a lot of meetings which take up most of your time so you end up working overtime that is not paid (even if you work weekends/holidays). They offer unlimited PTO but you are not allowed to take it unless you are in management. Marketing team is driving the copmany but they don't listen to people who might disagree with something. Only a handful of people who actually do the job are recognized, the rest are overworked and underpaid, expected to be available 24/7. Management is taking credit for all the success yet no blame for when something fails. Not a lot of space to grow in your career, usually you're stuck in the same position for years with minimal pay increase.

Pros

Positively highlighted in the public space, good business model, attractive workspace conditions.

Cons

A lot of ego inbetween management structure. Toxic hustle cultury with low salaries. Very underpaid for the employees effort. More like a family business than a unbiased professional corporation.
