creative freedom, hours are not that bad compared to other places in the area, staff tends to stay for a while, streamlined menu after 2017, you can be proud of your product
Cons
200 people sit down to eat at the same time, and get up and leave at the same time because the restaurant runs off business from the theatre across the street, smaller shows might sit 100 to 150 larger shows 200 to 250, and they're all expecting to have a 3 course meal in 90 minutes.
