      Exposure to new brands, not very big brands so you need basic skills to start working here. That's the only advantage.

      Cons

      Very toxic rules You get your salary after 45 days Overloaded with useless work ZERO WORK-LIFE BALANCE

      Flexible and understanding management. Only work here if you want don't want to grow and stay at the same level

      Cons

      Late pay, working here and telling problems to HR feels like going to a government office. They don't give proper ans and what the hell is sandwich leaves why They should focus employee retention everyone is leaving after max 6 months. The HR doesn't work but he will surely tell you that you aren't productive
