      Lots of hands in cookie jars, peers are genuinely kind, decent place if you value stable work over making a living or growing professionally

      Cons

      Nepotistic management, low pay, little room for growth. Wabash is a clique and you have to know or be related to somebody higher up (or be willing to lick boots) for advancement.
