Manager would tell other employees your personal business. When I made a mistake she would talk to me about it and then every Tuesday for weekly team meeting the said mistake would be talked about the entire meeting, and although the wouldn’t name names it would always be obvious that I was the one being put under the spot for it. I had never even had a bad review that I recall if I did it was MAYBE ONE and I still was made to feel like everything I did was wrong The pay is NOT worth the amount of worth you put in. It’s incredibly difficult to make more then $5-600 a week. Just making $600 was VERYYYYY HARD. She’ll advertise you can make up to $900 a week but it’s not likely you will and for the amount she charges people to clean she can afford to pay her cleaners more. And you don’t even get health insurance The atmosphere was gossipy and passive aggressive. After three months I was fed up
