They will decrease your hours when they don’t need you, and will not respect your contract. Management will turn in circles when asked questions instead of giving direct answers. When doctors go on vacation, the nurses will not get their hours and will not be paid. The pay is less ($24) than a nurse would make in the public system ($26+) and the yearly increase happens once a year (4%). Breaks are unpaid. Parking is a disaster. They do not pay overtime even if you have to stay longer to finish work left behind by other members of the team.
