      Pros

      The employees were great, hardworking, and very friendly. Those that were still with the company had been there for a number of years. Great product and the office is nice.

      Cons

      The upper management was terrible across most departments. They lacked a lot of training and didn't support their hardworking staff. The blame game was popular among management as well. The turn over rate at the company was also really high.

      Great Co-workers. Summer Hours (short Fridays). Global Company. Excellent Product.

      Cons

      Lack of culture. Traditional organizational structure (could be a pro for some). High turnover.
