Toxic culture, micromanagement, total 3 owners and one of them is HR & PM. What's even that. He doesn't know anything and he will convince you that he's the Mr know it all. They don't want to grow. They hire someone and the guy didn't even completed his probation they fire him reason he's not working right. The real reason is one of them has a wedding and they don't want to work till wedding so they don't work. And the salary range they offer one full stack developer with 50k and others with 40k. And when you ask them increment they will say we don't have any business right now. Dont pick this company there is no learning and growth.
