The salary is (was) good Good work life balance
Cons
It is easy to get underappreciated. Management is hard to follow : they announce something, then do something different. New salary policy : Salary reaches a plateau very fast No choice of benefits : it is an oversized car or nothing at all, without compensation If you get a little older (50+), some managers cut you off of evolution plans, because you "can't learn anymore"
