Pros
If you are fresh out of school and can’t get a job at one of the high paying companies, this is a great place to build up some experience. There is a high variety of technologies and you’ll usually be one of 1-3 on a project, so expect to be doing a bit of everything. People here are great to work with.
Cons
That being said, you’ll certainly end up on multiple projects at the same time which can be stressful. Recently there’ve been many contractors being brought onto projects which has lowered the quality and made things more difficult/tedious to work on. Pay is mediocre compared to work load / stress. Don’t expect to get paid more just because you’ve worked at the company for a while. Senior devs are non-existent, all the devs are either contractors or 1-3 years out of college.

Pros
Reasonable starting point to gain full stack experience. Reasonable company culture. Usually a 40 hour work week.
Cons
Low pay even for experienced team members. Don't expect to make more than 80k. Most employees are fresh out of school, seems to be a churn and burn / revolving door culture. Developers will quit suddenly. Not the best mentoring or management since everyone is fresh out of school
