      wfh 4 days a week if youd'd like how hard you work = how much youre getting paid dont need to do site work if youre a designer, there's project managers

      Cons

      if youre starting a family, dont come very low basic of 3 digits + coms grinding sales is important directors like to change the contracts of payment schemes internally
