What about the CFO employed to help the CEO figure things out? She exacerbated all of Keith's shortcomings and yet she hasn't been removed? These two people were put in place to help the CEO learn and grow. The opposite happened. He got nastier and started to make worse decisions and the consequences for those people? Nothing.
