-Expectations constantly change, making it unclear what success looks like. - Feedback focuses on minor inefficiencies, even when work is done well. - Management mismanages projects, control the narrative, and restrict communication with clients. - Data and KPIs are used to support negative narratives rather than reflect actual performance. - Asking questions is seen as a weakness; employees are often scapegoated for issues beyond their control.

Nice office location and food

Cons

Nobody is using the product, and the value proposition keeps changing every few months. The management is very toxic and they do not seem to understand what they are doing. They promote only their friends and even family members. The CPO’s whole family works there. They even fired a pregnant woman to make space for them. At the same time, they refuse to fire bad managers if those managers are their friends.

AI is cool. Pay is pretty solid.

Cons

The vision of the company is constantly changing. “Managers” are strictly that, just “managers”. Notice that I didn’t use the word leaders. There’s a huge difference. Fear-based management is the way things operate here.
