      Great company to work for, especially for prior service military or LEO

      Pros

      Professional staff and work environment with primarily military veterans or prior LEO trainers. A good variety of shifts and assignments available. Continuous hands on training utilizing range time and force on force scenarios.

      Cons

      I didn't really experience any downsides while I was there. Never had any problems finding hours or getting shifts and management was always willing to work with me for any issues.

      Great pay hours, and training when you can get it.. a lot of work and quite often if you pay attention to your email

      Cons

      All the training is in the evening, so if you work through the week at night, you can't get any training accomplished.
