Pros
The people are what make any commpany and this company has the best. We are a work family which i love. Director and CEO are involved and want to be involved which makes a difference. Great work life balance
Cons
None so far and it's a couple of years. I guess money can always be better but there are some things more important and to work in an environment that makes you want to go to work makes up for money in my opinion.
