Pros
They develop a good technology, they have great engineers inside, so you can learn a lot working there. So you after working there you will have a very valuable know-how and By competitors will pay you a lot for that.
Cons
General manager often insults and publicly humiliates company workers. She doesn't have the appropiate education to be there. You can´t trust her. If she promise you a payment depending objectives, objectives will never be declared. If she promises you a fixed contract she will made you a temporary one. If she fires you, they will try to scam you (so never sign nothing until a confident lawyer takes a look). She is a lier, a bad person and she knows that everybody knows that. I assume she will do the same with clients.
