Pros

Used to be a good place to work with good people and values. If you suck with people you will rise fast. The walls in the offices are painted nicely.

Cons

My boss (who is amazing) has dedicated his life to this company to the detriment of his health was just walked out after giving notice that he was pursuing an opportunity in a different industry. This guy was the definition of company man... dedicated, loyal, hard working. And that was his reward. Disgusting. The lack of leadership and inability to value employees is astounding. And the benefits suck.

Pros

There are absolutely zero pro's I can think of other than having a job as opposed to not having one.

Cons

I've been working with these clowns for almost 8 weeks and they have screwed up on my check every week I have been here. I have either been shorted hours, per diem days, or my rate has been less than it is supposed to be. Every time I need to get it fixed I have to wait a week to get my money and several times they shorted me on the amount owed. There are corrupt business practices going on here.

Pros

Pays well, free popcorn and coffee

Cons

Upper management believes that they foster a "family" type environment when in all actuality, nothing could be further from the truth. It's sink or swim and you have no support from the executive level.
