Pros
Nothing. Terrible work culture. The CEO does not have any vision. They built a lab in a warehouse with no safety protocol. Little bit of benefit would be the onlly pros if that is important for you
Cons
Horrible work culture. You can get email any time to send a data or work on something. Below average pay. If you have knowledge, keep it at home and come to work because you only need to listen to the big boss and work like an uneducated, inexperienced worker. I worked there for 6 months like that.
