- nice working environment without much politics, nice colleagues - nice benefits package for internal staff (holiday expenses, 30days MC/year, medical, dental, etc.) - can WFH 2 days/wk after first 6 months

Cons

- hard to get perm - limited opportunity for career progression within the department (have to wait for ppl to quit first) - many things have to learn on-the-job - long official working hours (8.45 to 6.30pm)
