Pros

A great job to have if you truly want to put the work and effort in to advance yourself personally and professionally. If you are a hard worker with drive and good intentions you will go far in this business. Always paid on time, never late.

Cons

Every company has their downsides, but CCN genuinely want to invest in their people to perform at their best.

Pros

> tend to hire people with little to no industry experience > some members of lower management will try to support you > good opportunity to work overtime / night shifts

Cons

HEALTH & SAFTEY is not taken seriously !!!! > There have been multiple incidents with management forcing employees to work in an unsafe manner. > Upper management have no idea how toxic the company culture really is. > Any overtime pay you have accrued is repeatedly underpaid or forgotten (expect it to be paid 3 months late on average). > If you try to book holiday they often contact you last minute trying to cancel your holiday because they have over promised delivery times to the client. > They will bully you into working late if you don't stay late they say you're not invested in the company's success. > Basically no room for salary growth (below average wages for industry).
