Toxic culture with poor leadership and low morale

8 resignations in 5 months.. not sure if it’s a pro for the company but definitely a good decision for the staff who left.

Poor leadership and a toxic workplace culture. Long hours are expected, but there is little recognition, support, or reward. Upper management regularly engage in gossip, and the role advertised does not accurately reflect the reality of the position. Pay is below market rates, there are no meaningful incentives, and career progression is limited. Management often speak down to staff rather than support them. The office environment is unprofessional, with inappropriate music frequently played throughout the office during business hours, making client calls uncomfortable. Staff are encouraged to drink excessively at midweek work functions and are still expected to be at work the next day. Employees who call in sick afterward are often made to feel guilty or pressured. Overall, the company lacks professionalism and does not value its employees.
