Pros
None, I guess the only good is that if you spend a year here, you will do exceptionally well elsewhere because you would have developed thick skin.
Cons
- No Respect for employees - They will give you training material on Kofax and expect you to be an expert - They will continuously put you down, in fact when you go out you will realize your worth - No structure, only few clients, they have changed location due to no work.

Nothing good in this work place. I wouldnt even call it a company.
Cons
They dont have an office. its located in a 3-bedroom apartment. I was told it was a software developer position, but it was a COMPLETE LIE. they use kofax products and make business around it. Its owned by a couple. They dont have any manners. The husband is completely rude and lacks work ethics and any sort of etiquette. Dont join here, its a rip off. No wonder they dont claim this as their company page on glassdoor because they know how bad they are.
