I worked at CDRator full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Overall it is a good place to work and a great starting point for IT career with the possibilities to work with customers from all around the world with colleagues also from all around the world.

    - Excellent work–life balance.
    - Great multi-culture environment.
    - Informal company structure in daily life.
    - No dress code.

    Cons

It is hard to advance within the company and noticeable salary increases are unlikely. After becoming a part of Enghouse Networks the future path of company has been unclear.

    Advice to Management

    - Focus less on billable hours and more on product quality.
    - Be better at communicating the path they see the company taking.
    - Create a proper reward program for employees with high performance.

    Pros

Great colleagues and work/life balance due to flextime agreement. Social events such as Friday bar, summer and Christmas party.

    Cons

A management team lacking real management skills and the ability to work together. Owners that did not step in after taking over but stayed at a distance.

    Advice to Management

Get new people in from the outside to see things in a new perspective

I worked at CDRator (More than 3 years)

    Pros

CDRator definitely has some great and fun people to work with. And, the work/life is well balanced. There is a flex working hours scheme that allows you easily to get some extra work done and later get "a Friday or Monday off" and enjoy a great weekend.

    Cons

Level of bureaucracy varies from team-to-team and between customers. While there are some extremely good teams and great customers (if you're as lucky as me) - there are also some notorious customers and crazy managers. All-in-all, the company is still in the phase of growth and development and many things have a chance to change for better of worth.

    Advice to Management

Advice to higher management: try to retain the current talents and minimize the employee turnover. It's really notorious for both customers and the teams. Plan and provide in-company trainings and growth opportunities.

I have been working at CDRator full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

English is the main language, work atmosphere is not stressful, people and management are genuinely very nice, a lunch buffet with vegetarian options that costs only 350 DKK a month, very little or no overtime.

    Cons

Located far from Copenhagen city center (around 20km), connected by two S-train lines, it takes around 40-50 mins to commute from Copenhagen Central station. Management is exclusively Danish speaking, Danes or married to Danes, which leaves little hopes for foreigners to advance within the company, which makes them leave after two years on an average.

    Advice to Management

Better perspective to foreign employees, better personal development outlooks.
