Pros
There are absolutely no pros, except maybe job security, which now seems questionable too.
Cons
Low salary, no benefits for entry-level engineering jobs, horrible communication, slowest growth --- the list is endless. Leave this company as soon as you get a better offer. There have been so many delays in joining, with the HR ghosting us every time. There is no point of keeping an HR department if the management does not care enough to address our questions and grievances. Pathetic! Even govt companies work faster than cesc.
