      Pros

      GE pay grades and time off policies

      Cons

      BHA division was great when owned by GE. When Clarcor purchased division, it went downhill fast. Leadership cut off employees, very little communication or transparency. Culture was very negative and hard work was no longer rewarded, became very political, lots of favoritism, loss of productive culture.

      Pros

      There's a handful of efficient productive people. There's a handful of super great people. Ok pay and a transfer out.

      Cons

      It's a big friend system, a lawsuit waiting to happen! Discrimination is at an all time high. Take notes of everything. Ok salary but doesn't increase well with how you perform, especially for great employees who get overlooked.

      Detached leadership that's vision was disastrous for an entire division that was dismissed within a week of decision.

      Pros

      Decent benefits. Lots of people who love what they do and love the customers they support. It's hard to find dedication like this in many places... I hope the best for them given who they work for.

      Cons

      Company was sold by GE to Clarcor. Some of the leadership should realize they can't do their job and that playing with others lives isn't a recreational event.
