      - Good salary compared to the Egyptian market - Flexible working hours

      Cons

      - No job stability. They lay people off based on projects, and they might contact you to come back when they win a new project - No office in Egypt and no real focus on the Egypt team. No activities, no team building, you work like a machine - They don't respect your annual leave. If you resign, they force you to use your remaining days before you leave instead of paying them out - No official presence in Egypt, which means no social insurance and no income tax payments for employees
