      CMP NY is part of a growing company that is serving a wide range of industries, The company has a good mix of legacy customers, and new customers. The long term outlook for the company is very bright.

      Cons

      The growth initiatives are being supported by the addition of new equipment and manufacturing processes as well as facility improvements. As the company continues to grow additional floor space will be required.

      Good work life balance Flexibility and understanding as long as reasonable production needs are met

      Cons

      Every end of month is more chaotic than it should or could be New York facility does not get to spend any money on engineering projects and innovation but headquarters in Quebec does big time
