      Poor management leads to a toxic work environment

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Terrible Management. Operations people who know nothing about sales managing sales people. Managers who allowed a toxic employee to stick around for years before they took action. Multiple balls dropped with customers.

      Pros

      A lot of young employees recruited from college so it was fun to meet new people.

      Cons

      Management was not good and inspections department was extremely unorganized. You have to pick up the slack from previous employees.

      My top pros are that the company is local and that the pay is weekly as well as the schedule is great.

      Cons

      Cons are that there are many tasks to be completed so you must be on top of it!
