Pros

None. This is most definitely the worst, most toxic company ive ever been employed by

Cons

Hypocritical and rude holding management. No cross training so youre Fd when someone quits. No bavkfilling positions. Inappropriate titles assigned to justify even more Inappropriate compensation. Unethical HR practices with no clear policies. Only vague.

Pros

Cool material Lots of learning in excel Good flexibility and pto Nice coffee machine

Cons

Horrible health insurance benefits Salary is a fraction of market standard Engineers start as technicians, working either a morning or night shift No honesty, employees will be let go with no notice or attempt at improvement High turnover across departments (disproportionately women) Isolating work culture, senior engineers are discouraging Barely any women in the office (I can think of 12 in the whole building, across departments) No mentoring structure Requires late or early hours, in sync w morning and night shifts Growth opportunities capped, once a project engineer, no room to grow further

Pros

The work they do is interesting. For the most part, nice people to work with.

Cons

This place is a misogyny madhouse. HR is a joke; she walks around the office gossiping vs. actually doing her job. They don't address problems until it's too late and terminate employees regularly. The CEO thinks he knows everything and doesn't listen to his SME's. Benefits are so-so, pay seems to be based on how favorable the CEO sees you, not actual work performance.
