Great place for newer analysts to get good work experience. Good starting salary. Local team are great people to work for.
Cons
Lack of leadership and direction. Network and security decisions come from non IT/Cyber personnel. Inability to use Powershell/Bash scripts. No automation. HR is very shady. Will only communicate salary/pay over the phone. Promises of raises and growth opportunities with no follow through. Pay does not reflect employees work or skills.
