I have been working at CSS International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Upper management treats employees like family, literally. Salaries and benefits are very good. Company pays 100% of employee health insurance and majority % of spouse/family health benefits. Everyone at CSS works together for the good of the whole. There is no clawing over one another to get to the top at CSS. People are great and very experienced. The level of trust up and down is extremely high.

    Cons

There are really no downsides to working at CSS other than it's not a large mega-company if that's what you are looking for.

    Advice to Management

Continue to do what you have been doing. Stay true to the culture you have built and integrity that you hold.
