freedom, a few good people, some people get benefits, racially diverse
Cons
bad pay, no raise, quick turnover, negative environment and unhappy employees, greedy and unreasonable owners, careless owners, no payment for overtime, always asked to work late, very disorganized, they hire incompetent staff (friends of the owners, anyone who applies because they don't want to pay for experience), terrible communication, complaints not addressed, lying to clients, quantity over quality, produce a ton of waste very carelessly, no effort to reduce waste or to make environmentally concious changes even when presented as an issue by staff.
