Unlimited days off ( so they say) Very relaxed work environment.
Cons
No proper structure for newly hired employees.. Blamed for not knowing the company procedures and process. Granted there is no training. Some co-workers (self titled managers) have a “mean girl” attitude and have an issue explaining what is needed to accomplish task. Not a diverse environment.
