Pros
Somewhat flexible in regards to time off. Pay was reasonable.
Cons
Zero consistency in discipline programs, little to no support from administrators, lack of organization across the board, and no follow up when there were issues. Facilities are in disrepair. Those without tenure aren't generally taken seriously, and those with tenure are so burned out they don't care and are typically just trying to get through the day.
