      Pros

      There is no "Pro" to this job because the pay wasn't even worth the headaches and stress

      Cons

      Management Favoritism Demand (without any appreciation) Abuse of Salary titles and expectations to work all the time No work-life balance (even though they say it exists). Once you start to push for it you become the target! In the short time-frame I was there, they had a total of 3 different CEOs.

      Pros

      They will hire anyone. Regardless of their ability to do the job. Free food in the office and plenty of parties and after work meet-ups. Plenty of gifts given to management regardless of performance.

      Cons

      Horrible work environment. Nepotism governs everything. Can't turn a profit and has now started massive layoffs and people quitting. No employee retention or promotions allowed. Bonus and benefits to employees come after management has received pay increases. You are not judged by your work and performance, and are instead judged by how much you "cost" to employ or hire. Several changes in management with a constant decline in profits and inability to meet corporate expectations.
