Pros
Really good company culture, people have shared goals and belief in the work we're doing. Great team, collaborative. The technology allows us to work easily together despite being located in different countries. Overall the environment is friendly and people are welcoming, hard-working and respectful of each other.
Cons
The benefits here are pretty good but there is always some room for improvement, even in a small company.
