incredibly disorganized, silos, tribal knowledge, office politics, confusion. At Call One, the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. the various departments do not communicate, and no established procedures exist for anything. Salaries are EXTREMELY LOW. They negotiate their prospects down very aggressively, this is the type of environment in which minorities or women would not receive equal pay for equal work.

-If you're not one of the upper management's friends or sleeping with one of them, be prepared to lose your job at any time for completely unfounded reasons -They treat loyal and hardworking employees like garbage and run them into the ground with ridiculously high workloads that cannot be completed, and reward lazy family members, close friends, and significant others -I'm not sure who runs the "chicago best and brightest places to work for" but they seriously need to do some research on who they choose, this place is absolutely awful to work for.
