    Pros

Employee discount! And awesome co workers

    Cons

Rude , cheap, disrespectful customers and having management on your back pushing u to offer and up the sale when it comes to shoe care

    Advice to Management

just try to offer good amount hours to your associates and stop hiring more sales associates when you guys don’t have enough hours to give out to begin with, duh. Less sale associates equals more hours to split up.

I have been working at Call it Spring part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

i've loved working for the ALDO group and personally think Call it Spring is even better. The culture is upbeat and exciting and perfect for those motivated by positive energy.

Management is very personable and seems to be flexible to change - opportunities to move up

    pretty organized

    flexible!

    Cons

The corporation as a whole has not done the best at keeping our store supplied with product and cares way too much about employees meeting Shoe Care goals - Even though they haven't restocked our store in months.

We haven't had shipment for a whole 3-4 months. Customers and even employees questioned if the store was closing.(Sales lasted forever)
