Pros
I tried my best to find it but couldn't do so.
Cons
There is absolutely no job security; you do or die, and mostly you will die as your so-called managers or team leaders have no authority over you. We had a deadline to hit a target of specific appointments. Due to the worst number of leads they provided us, only 2 people could exceed the target out of 15 people. They terminated 11 before the deadline ended, which literally is the most unfair thing with new employees—not giving them a proper chance. Initially everything was so good (until training ended). Management would always come to you with a smiling face, but suddenly when agents told them about the worst leads they were providing, the only answer we got was, "We have informed the client and are awaiting a response." & then suddenly they had to let us go before the deadline because "the client said so"—the same client who was supposed to provide quality leads, not the same leads dialed by 3 different agents. So please just not apply; it's not worth it. They say it's $600, but you won't get it in the first month it's just a trap , and the compensation you will receive in return, as they say, to "maintain the brand name," is not worth it. Then you have to hit your target number of appointments, but still you won't get paid for those hit numbers until you have a miracle of a 50% show rate; otherwise, all the hard work you did for the whole month, instead of getting paid for those appointments, you are left with the basic salary only even though you have hit the number of appointments in a month as per your contract.
